The founding assembly of the “CYPRUS HYDROGEN ASSOCIATION” was held on the 12th of March 2021.
The main objectives of the Association are the utilisation of hydrogen technologies to play a key role in the energy transition, the contribution to the diversification of energy sources, the promotion of business and technological innovations as drivers for long-term economic growth, and to help reduce the use of conventional fuels – and therefore greenhouse gas emissions – in various sectors.
Within the framework of the founding assembly, elections were held for the appointment of a Board of Directors with the following members:

The association will operate under the guidance of the Federation of Employers & Industrialists (OEB).
